Our technician will also ensure that your Windows Firewall and Windows Updates and configured properly along with making sure that all Critical Microsoft Windows Updates are downloaded and properly installed to make sure that your computer has all the latest critical security patches and updates. ITEK Home Network Installation

If you want a home network setup but aren't sure how to do it, we can help. We'll set up your home network and get you sharing files and printers to meet your needs. We'll setup your wired/wireless router (limited to 1 per installation), your wired/wireless computer (limited to 3 computers. Extra computers can be added for $29.95 a piece) and setup all folders and printers on the network for sharing as you request. We will then test all computers for proper network function. At the end of this service, you home network will be up and running efficiently and securely.

The ITEK@Home Monthly Plan is an annual subscription that ensures your PC is always working at peak efficiency by staying ahead of any problems that may occur. The service includes unlimited access to our technicians as well as one (1) online PC maintenance session per month which will include all the services outlined in the ITEK Optimization service (a $119.95 value!) plus any other services deemed necessary by our technician. There is a initial registration/setup fee of $99.95 which includes an initial computer optimization service.

Would you rather pay as you go? With ITEK "Tech-Time" minutes you can buy as many minutes as you like and "bank" them for future use.
