Philip S. Blende
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Blende is the Founder of ITEK Solutions and has been a key contributor in structuring the Administration, Operations, and Sales divisions of the company. Mr. Blende brings many viable skills to the partnership including his vision of providing growth to the company by building critical trust based relationships with clients and providing unparalleled customer service to the client base to assure the company’s continued viability.

Before founding ITEK Solutions, Mr. Blende worked for the International Consortium of Technology Professionals (ictp) and performed several business critical functions within key departments of the company including Sales Consultant, Director of Member Services, Director of Sales, and was finally promoted to Vice President of Operations where he oversaw and organized the day to day operations of the business.

Prior to ictp Mr. Blende worked for DeVry University as Technology Manager for the Southern California laptop technology support program. His duties were to oversee the implementation, distribution, and support of all laptop computers used by students in the Information Technology program. During this time, Mr. Blende was the President/CEO of B&L Network solutions; a network consulting company that he owned and managed for 4 years. Mr. Blende holds several industry certifications as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.

David M. Turner
President
Mr. Turner is the President of ITEK Solutions. His main role within the company is to provide oversight to all LAN designs and implementations. Mr. Turner oversees the implementation of all LAN installations the company performs as well as providing client support for any technologies that ITEK Solutions installs.

Before joining ITEK Solutions, Mr. Turner worked for the International Consortium of Technology Professionals (ictp) and held many senior level management positions throughout his tenure including Lead Developer, Director of Curriculum Development, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Business Development.

Mr. Turner’s specific technical accomplishments include conceiving, designing, and managing the deployment of the Microsoft Advanced Enterprise Lab environment consisting of 20 clustered servers attached to a fiber SAN solution.

Mr. Turner currently holds the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I) and Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA), Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), CompTia A+ hardware and software, and a Certified Novel Administrator (CNA). Currently Mr. Turner is finishing his Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems.
